For an existing home, one of our Design professionals will come to your home and throughly evaluate your home, your current system and listen to your goals and experiences about what you like or don’t like about your current system. Clearly understanding your needs, wants and goals will allow us to provide you with a design and equipment options that best meet your needs.

Appointments usually take 1 1/2 hrs depending on the size of your home and the number of questions you have. During this time your Designer will take a complete measurement of all rooms in the home, window and door sizes, and evaluate insulation properties. With this information your home will be input into our Computer Aided Design program to determine the Heating and Cooling requirements for your home. This is a critical and vital step to determining the right size system that will provide the highest level of comfort and best efficiency possible.

Once all design work is complete we will provide you with a detailed proposal for all of the options discussed for your review. Typical turn around time from the appointment time to proposal is 48 hrs.
